Sharpen your heels, fix your collar, and get ready to strut into the night, the last big one of the year, and about to be one of the biggest! Bring your e-ticket, your physical ID (very important) and head to the arrival venue – be sure to do this in good time and with your whole group, as the night gets extremely busy.
Inside the venue our Hosts will be waiting to greet you and explain the night, before ushering you to meet the crowd, your party family for the New Year, and get you to the bar!
Flash your wristband to get the drink deals at all the bars all the way up until 11pm – unheard of on a NYE!? – grab your free shot, make some friends, and then we rave and repeat!
Our Hosts will lead you on to 4 more great bar/club venues, all building in vibe and excitement, until finally getting you to the club and main event of the night. Receive your free glass of bubbly and prepare for the party of the year, and the first one of the new year. Here’s to many more!

The first 2 venues you can pre-purchase drink vouchers for £5 each, for a single house-spirit & mixer, saving 25% on the bar price. They can be used in the first 2 venues, up until 9pm. The third venue does not have any deals but you will receive a free glass of bubbly. The final venue has drink deals until midnight, as well as a free glass of bubbly.
What type of ID do I need?It is compulsory that you bring a physical, valid form of photo ID - no copies or photos - venue security in London can be very strict. A driver's license or passport are the best types of ID to bring. A national ID can be acceptable, though we advise also having a picture of your passport on your phone.
What's the dress code?No sportswear, joggers, tracksuits, or flip-flops. In general, smart-casual.
Can I arrive late?You are welcome to join later, up until 10pm, though you will miss a venue and free shot. If you are running late then you can contact us by email at [email protected], or through our Instagram @1bignightoutlondon.
Are there cloak rooms? How much are they?On weekends, most venues (after 10pm) have a cloakroom and the fee is generally £2-£4 per item. Midweek there is not usually a cloakroom, but venues are little quieter and you can keep belongings with you.
Do you still Crawl when it's raining?Oh yes! Whatever the weather, we will be operating as normal. Nothing can stop us!
Can we wear fancy dress/costumes?In general, fancy dress costumes are fine, so long they are not offensive or obtrusive/bulky. If you have concerns then please contact us at [email protected].
Security at venuesThe security at venues always has final say on entry and will refuse entry if you are deemed too intoxicated, or acting dangerously, aggressively, or inappropriately. Please conduct yourself appropriately so we can enjoy an awesome night out!
